Information Collection & Its Use
NH Towage collects a variety of personal information, including your email address, IP address, and message content. NH Towage also collects names and mailing addresses (including street, city, state, and zip code) from users who willingly provide that information. NH Towage use this personal information as follows:
NH Towage requires that you provide your email address in the contact section of its web site, in order to respond to your question(s) by email. You do have the option of also providing other personal information, including name, demographics (City & State), and what products/services interest you.
NH Towage automatically receives and records internet traffic information via our server logs, including your IP Address and the page you requested. Your IP address is unique, and is not linked to your email address or to NH Towage in any way.
NH Towage does not sell your email address or name for any reason.

NH Towage does not sell or rent your email address, name, mailing address, or any other information to anyone for any reason. NH Towage will not share your email address, first or last name, mailing address, or other received information to anyone, except as stated below under Third Party Data Processors below.
NH Towage will disclose personal information and personal records as they pertain to NH Towage or business with NH Towage, if required to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or any other legal process.

If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to SendGrid who provide us with email marketing services. We consider SendGrid to be a third party data processor. In addition to SendGrid, your email will also be stored in our backend database and in our Dynamics 365 CRM system.
Your email address will remain within our own - and in SendGrid's database for as long as we continue to use SendGrids’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.
How Long do We Store Your Information
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined on our 'Consent page'. The purposes include keeping you up-to-date on our position list.
You can always contact us, if you want your personal data 'erased' from our databases. We will respond without undue delay (and in any event within one month, although this can be extended in difficult cases).

1. What are cookies?
